On this night, I saw the double bill of Foreigner & 3/5 of Bad English...err, I mean JOURNEY! Actually, I've been a Journey fan for about 20 years now, but this after show Meet & Greet was my first chance ever to meet any of the band members. I met the three guys that you see above, plus Neal Schon. Of course, I took advantage of this chance to talk to the former Bad English members about Bad English. (LOL! That should not have been any surprise to them...check out the T-shirt I'm wearing!) As for Steve Augeri, Journey's new lead singer, I told him that it was my pleasure to meet the greatest lead singer that Journey has ever had. And that's my honest opinion! Steve A is an absolutely amazing singer and I don't miss Steve Perry at all. It was great to meet these guys...Steve A is a doll in person, Deen's a riot, and Jonathan's a sweetie. The newly reformed Journey is fabulous...if they play live in your area, GO SEE THEM!

I've seen NIGHT RANGER live the past three summers, but this year was my first time meeting Jack Blades and Kelly Keagy from the band. They were both wonderful guys to talk to!

I met Fee Waybill of The Tubes in Akron, OH. The Tubes were on the same bill as John Waite and Fee stopped to chat. Very friendly guy! Very tall too, eh? "Talk to you later, Fee." Hee hee! <groan> Sorry, I couldn't resist!
